各级公共就业管理服务机构是人社部门直接服务人民群众的窗口单位,是人社部门联系群众的桥梁和纽带,服务质量、服务效率和服务态度的好坏,直接影响各项政策的落实;人民群众满意与否,直接影响对党和政府的评价与信任。多年来,镇江市劳动就业管理中心坚持以人为本、关注民生,按照“热情、规范、利民、高效”的基本要求,不断改进工作作风、增强服务意识、提高服务质量和办事效率,文明服务工作取得丰硕成果。
