通过电话对苏州大学体育学院李佑文教授进行访谈,在其提供的《上海市70所中学体育运动中的损伤调查》一文中,所涉及运动损伤9个原因中因准备活动不充分导致的运动损伤排列第四位,占总案例9.2%。可见,准备活动不充分将会直接导致一些运动损伤的发生。另外本期论坛讨论中大家对如何合理有效的准备活动能够激发学生学习的兴趣?如何使准备活动与基本部分有机衔接?等问题达成共识。但笔者发现一些教师在设计准备活动的时候考虑问题不全面。那么在教学中到底该如何设计准备活动,笔者认为必须合理、有效、科学、整体的对待,在
