胰腺癌为常见恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率在世界范围内均呈增加趋势。其位置深在,早期缺乏典型临床表现,有的病程已达晚期亦往往误诊。本文收集我院1987年3月至1993年10月收治的胰腺癌共121例,其中误诊为其他消化系疾病30例,占24.8％。误诊病例均经手术病理或细胞学检查确诊;临床表现为无黄疸者24例,占80.0％。现报告如下。 Pancreatic cancer is a common malignancy and its incidence has been increasing worldwide in recent years. Its position is deep, early lack of typical clinical manifestations, some of the disease has reached the late and often misdiagnosed. This article collected 121 cases of pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from March 1987 to October 1993. Among them, 30 cases were misdiagnosed as other digestive diseases, accounting for 24.8%. All misdiagnosed cases were confirmed by surgical pathology or cytology. The clinical manifestations were 24 cases without jaundice, accounting for 80.0%. The report is as follows.
