在机械设备架构中,金属管件需要进行焊接连接,为了方便焊接就必须对管材进行切割,形成适当的焊接面,而相贯线的加工就是该过程中的重要工序。文中介绍了一种采用集成技术开发的相贯线加工系统,该系统以计算机控制为基础,根据管件不同的连接方式,建立了通用数学模型,并采用现代虚拟仪器技术编程实现人机交互界面,实现对相贯线的加工控制。经测定,系统运行稳定,管件切割精确,满足各种连接情况对运动控制系统的要求,软硬件设计合理,便于操作和维护,且机械性能良好。

It is determined that the system runs stably and the pipe cutting is precise, meeting the requirements of the motion control system for various connection situations. The hardware and software are designed reasonably, and are easy to operate and maintain, and the mechanical performance is good.
