空隙率是排水沥青混合料的主要控制指标,而矿料级配组成是影响排水性沥青混合料空隙率的首要因素。该文通过回归计算,分析了级配组成中不同筛孔通过率对其空隙率的影响程度次序,并结合满足排水性要求所需要的最小空隙率及混合料的强度,推荐出级配范围。研究表明:2.36 mm筛孔通过率是影响排水性混合料空隙率和连通空隙率的关键筛孔,在推荐级配范围内2.36 mm筛孔通过率每增加1%,空隙率将随之减小1%左右,同时空隙率与连通空隙率之间存在良好的相关性。
The porosity is the main control index of drainage asphalt mixture, and the composition of ore gradation is the primary factor affecting the porosity of drainage asphalt mixture. Through the regression calculation, the order of influence of the different mesh passing rates on the void fraction in the gradation composition was analyzed, and the gradation range was recommended based on the minimum void ratio and the strength of the mixture required to meet the drainage requirements. The results show that the passing rate of 2.36 mm sieve is the key sieve which affects the voidage and the voidage of the drainage mixture. With the increment of 2.36 mm sieve passing rate of 1% in the recommended gradation, the voidage will decrease 1% or so, while there is a good correlation between void fraction and connected void fraction.
