用有限元法对贮存散粒物料的大型贮仓楔形料斗壁板的受力和变形进行分析,给出壁板对称线上的位移、典型位置所受的剪力和弯矩的分布规律。为合理设计此类料斗提供了依据。
The finite element method is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the wedge hopper wall of the large-scale silo storing bulk materials, and the distribution of the displacement, the shear stress and the bending moment of the typical position of the wall panel are given. It provides the basis for the rational design of such hoppers.
