外伤后癫痫是脑外伤最严重的远期并发症之一,目前发生机制不详,预防性治疗无显著进展,其基础研究日益受到重视。本文主要介绍各种外伤后癫痫动物模型的建立方法及各自优缺点,包括液压打击模型、铁模型、自由落体模型、皮层底切模型和控制性皮层撞击模型等;介绍可能的发生机制,包括铁和自由基损伤、选择性神经元缺失、苔藓纤维发芽、基因和遗传等机制。
Post-traumatic epilepsy is one of the most serious long-term complications of traumatic brain injury. The current mechanism is unknown and no significant progress has been made in prophylactic treatment. Its basic research is receiving more and more attention. This article mainly introduces the establishment of various animal models of post-traumatic epilepsy and their respective advantages and disadvantages, including hydraulic strike model, iron model, free-fall model, cortical undercut model and controlled cortical impact model; describes the possible mechanism, including iron And free radical damage, selective neuronal loss, mossy fiber germination, genetic and genetic mechanisms.
