目前诊断减压病主要参照病史和体症,还缺乏客观指标,更谈不上早期诊断。超声多普勒技术由于它能检测出血管中比导致减压病的气泡还小的隐性气泡,因此它不仅能为诊断减压病提供客观指标,而且能早期诊断,这对防治减压病和制订既经济又安全的潜水减压表和治疗表都是很有意义的。为此,我们试制了超声多普勒气泡检测仪,并应用于诊断潜水减压病的实验研究,取得了良好效果。本文就应用超声多普勒法检测循环气泡的声学原理和电子学原理,特别是对反射波的波形及其检波过程进行一些探讨。文章最后简要介绍该仪器的性能指标。
At present, the main reference diagnosis of decompression sickness and physical illness, but also the lack of objective indicators, let alone early diagnosis. Ultrasound Doppler technology can not only provide objective indicators for the diagnosis of decompression sickness, but also can be diagnosed early because of its ability to detect hidden bubbles in blood vessels smaller than those that cause decompression sickness, It would make sense to have a diving decompression and treatment chart that is economical and safe. To this end, we made a trial of ultrasound Doppler bubble detector, and applied to the experimental study of diagnosis of diving decompression sickness, and achieved good results. In this paper, the application of ultrasonic Doppler method to detect the circulating bubble of the acoustic principle and the principle of electronics, especially the reflected wave and its detection of some wave process. The article concludes with a brief description of the performance of the instrument.
