目的:研究并分析儿科护理教学中护生人文关怀理念的培养模式。方法:将我校2014级儿科护理专业两个班共计92名护生纳入到本组研究中,分别组成人文护理组与常规对照组,常规对照组,应用传统教学模式,对于人文护理组,在传统教学模式基础上培养护生的人文关怀理念,采用李克特量表来评估护生的人文关怀能力。结果:在教学前,人文护理组与常规对照组李克特量表评分分别为(138.2±7.8)与(139.7±8.5)分,教学完成后,两组评分分别为(156.3±11.8)与(141.9±9.7)分,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:在儿科护理教学模式中融入人文关怀理念可以转变护生的思想观念,提升他们的综合素质与人文素养,可以帮助护生更好的适应日后的护理岗位需求。
Objective: To study and analyze the training model of humanistic care for nursing students in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 92 nursing students from two classes of 2014 pediatric nursing specialty in our university were enrolled into this study. Human nursing group, routine control group and conventional control group were respectively used. For the nursing group, Based on the traditional teaching mode, we nurture the concept of humane care for nursing students and use the Likert scale to evaluate the humane care ability of nursing students. Results: Before the teaching, the Likert scale of the humanistic care group and the conventional control group were (138.2 ± 7.8) and (139.7 ± 8.5) respectively. After the teaching was completed, the scores of the two groups were (156.3 ± 11.8) and 141.9 ± 9.7). There was significant difference between the above data sets (p <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The concept of humane care in pediatric nursing teaching mode can change the concept of nursing students, enhance their overall quality and humanistic accomplishment, and can help nursing students to better adapt to the future needs of nursing positions.
