随着我国社会格局的变化,出现了这样一个特殊群体:父母为了生计背井离乡,孩子留守家园,这些本应需要父母照看的孩子,却在最关键的成长时期,最不应该地失缺了应有的亲情关爱。这些孩子,有一个苦涩而略带幽默的名字:留守儿童。目前,中国农村的“留守儿童”已经超过了5800万。其中,57.2%的留守儿童,父母一方外出;42.8%的,父母同时外出。留守儿童中,79.7%的由爷爷、奶奶或外公、外婆抚养,13%的被托付给亲戚、朋友照管,7.3%的为不确定或无人监护。留守儿童近年来已成为越来越突出的社会问题。
