目的验证仪器法和化学法在测定生活饮用水中氯化物的含量结果有无差异。方法用离子色谱仪和硝酸银容量法对生活饮用水中氯化物含量进行测定。结果离子色谱仪和硝酸银容量法测得10次平行样品分别得均值;1=62.0 mg/L,2=63.6 mg/L,标准差S1=15.76,S2=14.18。结论离子色谱仪和硝酸银容量法测定生活饮用水中氯化物的含量,结果无显著性差异,经t检验,t=0.219,P>0.5。
Objective To verify the instrument method and chemical method in determining the chloride content in drinking water results were no difference. Methods The content of chloride in drinking water was determined by ion chromatography and silver nitrate volumetric method. Results The average values of 10 parallel samples measured by ion chromatography and silver nitrate volumetric method were respectively 1 = 62.0 mg / L, 2 = 63.6 mg / L, standard deviation S1 = 15.76 and S2 = 14.18. Conclusion Ion chromatography and silver nitrate volumetric method for the determination of chloride in drinking water, the results showed no significant difference by t test, t = 0.219, P> 0.5.
