临沂市民中心A区采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。本项目为体型不规则的超限高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板开大洞、楼板局部缺失严重等多项不规则情况。针对结构体系和超限情况,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对结构整体和重要构件提出了合理的抗震性能目标。采用SATWE和MIDAS Building软件进行了小震、中震作用下的弹性计算及大震作用下的静力弹塑性分析计算,并补充楼板应力分析,找到结构的抗震薄弱部位,采取有针对性的抗震加强措施,从而确保了结构的抗震安全性。分析结果表明,工程各项计算指标均符合规范要求,能够实现预定的性能目标。
