主要讨论了适用于晋煤赵庄矿3#煤储层裂隙过度发育和裂隙交汇地带随钻注浆加固浆液的性能。在室内实验中,用一定直径的松散煤粒作为胶结对象,固结浆液以水玻璃为主剂,测试松散煤粒与固结浆液混合后的抗压强度。研究了促凝剂A溶液含量、水玻璃含量、注浆浆液含量、煤样粒度等因素对固结体抗压强度的影响,得出了一种效果较好的固结浆液配方,可用于指导瓦斯抽采孔的施工。
This paper mainly discusses the properties of grouting reinforcement for 3 # coal reservoir in Zhaozhuang coal mine in Shanxi coal seam with over-development of fracture and grouting along the intersection of fractures. In laboratory experiments, loose coal particles of a certain diameter were used as cementing objects, and the consolidation slurry was made of sodium silicate as the main agent to test the compressive strength of loose coal particles and the consolidation slurry. The influences of the contents of coagulant A solution, water glass, grouting slurry and coal sample particle size on the compressive strength of the consolidated body were studied. A better solidifying slurry formulation was obtained, which could be used to guide Gas pumping hole construction.
