After implementing the director responsibility system, the democratic management of the enterprise has entered a new stage. At the same time, it actively performed the duties of the Trade Union Staff Representative Conference, played the role of the democratic management of the Staff Representative Conference, cultivated the sense of ownership of the employees, fully exercised the ownership of the employees, actively participated in decision-making, organized the deliberations of employees, and provided services for running a socialist enterprise. Through the practice of implementing the director responsibility system in the past three years, we have realized that the Staff Representative Conference exercised its authority properly and combined the centralized and unified command of the supporting director with the necessary supervision and control, and it was the command authority of the leaders.
