中学生课堂问题行为是教师在日常教育教学中碰到的最为普遍和突出的问题之一。城乡结合部中学作为一类较为特殊的中学群体,其学生课堂问题行为更为突出。因此,如何认识和矫正这一类学校学生课堂问题行为成为学校、教育研究者及教师关注的焦点和迫切需要解决的问题。本文拟在分析课堂问题行为类型的基础上,运用行为管理理论和心理救治的方法帮助学生矫正其不良行为,打造一个和谐的课堂。
Middle school students’ classroom behavior is one of the most common and prominent problems encountered by teachers in daily education and teaching. As a special middle school group, the combination of urban and rural secondary schools have more prominent problems in classroom problems. Therefore, how to recognize and rectify this class of classroom problems has become the focus of attention for schools, educational researchers and teachers, and the urgent problems to be solved. Based on the analysis of the types of behavior in the classroom, this article attempts to help students to correct their bad behaviors and create a harmonious classroom by using behavioral management theory and psychological treatment.
