用传热传质类比实验的方法,研究了不同偏角多斜孔壁气膜冷却绝热温比,多斜孔壁由多斜孔实验板模拟。多斜孔实验板中,孔排列方式均为叉排,小孔与板表面夹角均为30°,偏角从0°变化至50°,孔排距比与孔间距比基本相等。研究结果揭示了不同孔偏角对多斜孔壁气膜冷却绝热温比的影响。
By using the method of heat and mass transfer analogy experiment, the adiabatic temperature ratio of multi-inclined hole wall with different angled angle is studied. The multi-inclined hole wall is simulated by multi-inclined hole experimental plate. In the multi-slant hole experimental plate, the arrangement of the holes is a fork row, the angle between the small holes and the plate surface is 30 °, the deflection angle is changed from 0 ° to 50 °, and the ratio of the hole row pitch to the hole pitch is substantially equal. The results of this study reveal the influence of different hole declination angles on the adiabatic temperature ratio of multi-sloping wall film cooling.
