Bless Your Mess
Neatness is outdated. Let those stacks[堆] of paper pile up on your desk. Don’t worry about the laundry[要洗的衣物] tossed[丢] in the corner. Let the icons clutter up[堆满] your computer screen. Today, a new idea of “healthy disorganization”has spread among the Americans.
There’s a reason people tend to stack stuff on their desks. Not only are things often hard to find once secluded[隐蔽] in a complex filing[归档] system, but they’re also out of sight and therefore out of mind. It is said that the old obsession with neatness has got us so fussy about the slightest clutter that we’re needlessly draining[使流失] time, money and emotion from our lives. Experts now believe that devoting that energy to your family or anything that is creative or enjoyable would do you more good.
Dan Is the Name
When Harry Potter fans close their eyes and picture the teen wizard with the lightning scar on his forehead, many may immediately picture Daniel Radcliffe. Most actors of Dan’s age barely merit[应该得到] a biography. With Daniel Radcliffe: No Ordinary Wizard, you can find out everything you ever wanted to know about this young star: how Dan got cast as Harry, what life is like on the set, and how he spends his time when he’s not battling the Dark Arts.
