食管癌和贲门癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤。据河北、河南、山西及北京市普查,1969~1971年食管癌和贲门癌的粗死亡率为53.96/10万;我省1970~1972年对104个县(市)进行了死亡回顾调查,食管和贲门癌的粗死亡率为9.92/10万,居癌瘤死亡率的第二位。因此,实有必要进一步研究其有效的治疗方法。本文就163例食管癌和贲门癌的外科治疗及其疗效进行分析,希望从中得到经验和教训。
Esophageal and cardiac cancers are common malignancies in China. According to general surveys in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, and Beijing, the crude death rate of esophageal cancer and cardia cancer was 53.96 per 100 000 from 1969 to 1971; a review of deaths was conducted in 104 counties (cities) from 1970 to 1972. The crude death rate of cardiac cancer and cardiac cancer was 9.92/lakh, ranking second in cancer mortality. Therefore, it is necessary to further study its effective treatment. This article analyzes the surgical treatment and efficacy of 163 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers, and hopes to gain experience and lessons from them.
