In general,the positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) effect is characterized by an increase in the electrical resistance with temperature.A large number of devices based on the PTCR effect,such as current limiters,constant temperature heaters and thermal sensors,have been widely used.They can be manufactured in the form of a bulk ceramic and film.
