中国企业文化发展的最根本问题是企业文化的中国化。胡 平在《企业文化》一书的序言中指出:“中国的企业文化在与国 际交流中最有生命力的还是受中国传统文化影响的那部分。要 想发展、繁荣中国的企业文化,一方面要吸收国内外企业文化 的优秀部分;另一方面要把我们好的传统继承下来,在融合的 过程中创新,实现两种文化的对接和超越。”
