阳春三月笋正肥,被誉为“蔬食第一品”的春笋纷纷破土而出,又到了春笋尝鲜的佳时了。 我国是产竹的国家,在目前全世界约1300多个竹种中,我国就有400多个。竹的品种虽然如此之多,但并非所有的竹笋都能食用,可供食用的主要有毛竹笋、淡竹笋、慈竹笋、麻竹笋、绿竹笋等80多个品种。竹笋除鲜食外,还可加工成笋干、笋衣、笋丝、酸笋、腌笋、油焖笋、笋脯、罐头等多种食品。
