研究了无润滑磨损条件下 ,G10 5钢及其化学镀Ni P合金在空气和氮气中的化学腐蚀磨损行为 .结果表明 ,两种材料的磨损速度随载荷、滑动速度增大而增大 ,磨擦系数随之降低 .气体介质中的氧含量对G10 5钢影响较大 .在无润滑磨损条件下 ,化学镀Ni P合金不适合作为G10 5钢抵抗化学腐蚀磨损的表面改性镀层
The chemical corrosion behavior of G10 5 steel and its electroless Ni P alloy in air and nitrogen under non-lubricated wear conditions was studied.The results show that the wear speed of the two materials increases with the increase of load and sliding velocity, The oxygen content in the gas medium greatly affects G10 5 steel.In the condition of no lubrication wear, the electroless Ni P alloy is not suitable as the surface modification coating of G10 5 steel to resist chemical corrosion wear
