本文介绍了YJ-2型泵送减水剂对水泥适应性好的特性,及用其解决以氟石膏作调凝剂的吴淞矿渣水泥产生速凝的问题。该泵送减水济掺入混凝土中可减少用水量10%,提高抗压强度10%;可明显改善混凝土可泵性,降低泌水量20%~40%;降低泵压5%~10%;坍落度损失20min小于或等于4cm。因此,用其配制的泵送混凝土和普通混凝土不仅满足现场施工的技术要求,而且可节约水泥8%~12%,有显著的社会经济效益。
This article describes the YJ-2 type pumping water-reducing agent to adapt to the good characteristics of cement, and use it to solve the problem of using fluorine gypsum as a coagulant to produce quick-setting slag cement. The pumping water reduced economy can reduce the water consumption by 10% and increase the compressive strength by 10%. It can significantly improve the pumpability of the concrete, reduce the bleeding volume by 20% to 40%, and reduce the pump pressure by 5% to 10%. The slump loss 20min is less than or equal to 4cm. Therefore, the pumped concrete and ordinary concrete formulated with it not only meet the technical requirements for on-site construction, but also can save 8% to 12% of cement, and have significant social and economic benefits.
