1.一台S195柴油机连续四次烧坏连杆瓦,原因是连杆轴颈一侧的闷头螺塞松脱掉入油底壳,从曲轴油道输送到连杆轴承的润滑油,大部分从螺塞松脱处流回了油底壳,使连杆轴承润滑不良,造成连续烧坏轴瓦。闷头螺塞由于受到振动和离心力的作用,时有脱出的可能,保养柴油机时,应注意检查其两端的螺塞是否松动。 2.一台安装在手扶拖拉机上的S195柴油机,一天内烧坏了两付连杆瓦。经检查,网式滤清器、机油泵、机体油路等部位.都没有发现问题.拆下曲轴进行检查,发现连杆轴颈离心净化室的内空间,被积炭和油垢积满,堵死了两主轴颈的润滑油道,造成润滑不良烧坏轴瓦。清除净化室的积炭和油垢后,不再出现烧
