为探讨输精管结扎术后睾丸IL-1活性的变化以及与睾丸形态学改变的关系,在复制输精管结扎家兔动物模型的基础上,检测结扎后6、25月家兔睾丸匀浆上清中IL-1活性和TNF含量,同时观察睾丸组织形态学改变。结果:①睾丸组织匀浆上清中IL-1活性和TNF含量,结扎6月组(VG6)显著高于假手术6月组(SOG6)(P<0.01,P<0.05),结扎25月组(VG25)与假手术25月组(SOG25)在同一水平(P>0.05);②睾丸形态学观察发现,VG6有明显生精障碍,间质中可见炎症细胞浸润,VG25可见生精过程恢复的曲细精管及呈灶状分布萎缩的曲细精管,后者被结缔组织包绕。故推测输精管结扎术后睾丸组织IL-1活性和TNF水平的变化与睾丸的炎性变化过程有关。
In order to explore the changes of testicular IL-1 activity after vasectomy and the relationship with testicular morphological changes, rabbit vasectomy was performed on the basis of animal model of ligation, 6, 25 months after the test in rabbit testis homogenate supernatant IL -1 activity and TNF content, while observing the morphological changes of testicular tissue. Results: ① The content of IL-1 and TNF in supernatants of testis tissue were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group (SOG6) (P <0.01, P <0.05) in the ligation group (VG6) (VG25) and sham-operation group (SOG25) at the same level (P> 0.05). ② The morphological changes of testis showed that VG6 had obvious spermatogenic dysfunction, infiltration of inflammatory cells in stroma and recovery of VG25 Tracheal seminiferous tubules and seminiferous tubules in the shape of atrophy, which is surrounded by connective tissue. Therefore, post-vas deferens ligation of testicular tissue IL-1 activity and TNF levels and testicular inflammatory changes in the process.
