素质教育是我国教育改革中的核心工程之一。在我国教育改革创新浪潮中,各种教学理念纷纷被提出,比如,“效率课堂”、“理想课堂”。在初三语文教学中,教师要注重情感教育,把课堂还给学生,尊重学生的个体差异,增加师生、生生间互动,多和班级学生交流、沟通,帮助他们缓解中考压力,拥有良好的心态,做好考试前的准备,从容面对中考,更好地学习语文知识、技能,提高自身认知水平。因此,本文作者对初三语文教学“轻负高效”之设想这一课题予以了探讨。
