针对普通混凝土竖孔空心砌块存在的热、渗、裂等问题,提出并研究了一种新型混凝土横孔空心砌块。通过对3组(共18个)这种新型混凝土横孔砌块填充砌体和4组(共24个)承重砌体的受剪性能试验研究,了解了这种新型横孔砌块砌体的变形特征及破坏机理。基于试验结果并参考现行国家规范,分别提出了这种新型横孔砌块填充和承重砌体的受剪强度计算方法。结果对比表明,提出的计算方法与试验值吻合良好。解决了新型横孔砌块受剪强度设计问题,为新型横孔砌块的工程应用和研究提供了依据。
Aiming at the problems such as heat, seepage and fissure existing in ordinary concrete vertical hole hollow block, a new type of concrete horizontal hole hollow block is proposed and studied. Through the experimental study on the shear performance of three groups (18 in total) of this new type of horizontal concrete block-filled masonry block and four groups (24 in total) of load-bearing masonry, the new horizontal block masonry Deformation characteristics and failure mechanism. Based on the test results and with reference to the existing national codes, the calculation methods for the shear strength of the new type of horizontal-hole block filled and load-bearing masonry are respectively proposed. The comparison of the results shows that the proposed calculation method is in good agreement with the experimental data. Solve the design problem of the shear strength of the new horizontal hole block, and provide the basis for engineering application and research of the new horizontal hole block.
