实验采用放射免疫分析法，测定12例正常人和20例高血压患者血浆中神经降压素的含量。结果表明原发性高血压和肾性高血压患者血浆中神经降压素的含量皆比正常人显著减少。提示血浆中神经降压素含量的减少，可能与血压高有关。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the plasma levels of neurotensin in 12 normal subjects and 20 hypertensive patients. The results show that the plasma levels of neurotensin in patients with essential hypertension and renal hypertension are significantly lower than normal. Tip plasma neurotensin levels decreased, may be related to high blood pressure.
