随着饭店行业竞争的加剧,酒店人力资源的短缺已成为困扰酒店的痼疾。在很多饭店的常规人力资源管理实践中,通常都非常重视人员的招聘和录用工作,而员工离职时大多采取较为漠然的态度,甚至与员工间形成对立关系。事实上,离职员工群体对于饭店的人力资源管理而言是一个非常重要的沟通对象和信息资源载体,将离职员工当作企业的宝贵资源,做好完善人才保留机制、离职面谈、离职员工信息管理和员工离职后的关系维护等工作,对于稳定现有员工队伍、维护企业良好形象具有重要的现实意义。
