质谱仪器是测定原子、分子质量的电磁式仪器,是研究物质成份、结构和同位素组成不可缺少的分析工具。它可完成同位素测量、化学分析、微量固体分析、表面微区分析及残余气体分析等任务,目前已广泛应用于石油化工、地质、冶金、物理、化学、生物医药、临床医学及环境保护等各个领域。它的产品技术和应用技术一直在不断地发展和完善,特别是近年来各应用领域对它的需要不断增长,更加促进了这一仪器的进展。
The mass spectrometer is an electromagnetic instrument that determines the atomic and molecular masses and is an indispensable analytical tool for studying the composition, structure and isotopic composition of matter.
