随着新课程的深入实施,我们越来越认识到提高课堂教学效益不仅需要教师个体的探究摸索,更需要教师群体的智慧风暴,集体备课随之应运而生。集体备课,是在个人备课的基础上形成的一种备课方式,是校本教研的一个重要形式。学校的集体备课主要是指校内同年级同学科教师有计划、有组织地共同制订教学计划、分析教材重难点并确定突破其方法、撰写教案的过程,是一项集体性的教学研究活动。它能为个体的探究提供广阔的智慧源泉和创新空间,是进一步放大优秀骨干教师的传带辐射功能,充分发挥教师群体的智慧优势和分工协作的整体效益的一个有效途径。
