在导致当前我国信用秩序混乱的原因中，法律制度不健全、法制保障不力是最基本、最重要的原因，是整顿和建立信用秩序中亟待解决的问题。健全的法律体系，是正常的信用关系得以维系的保障。仅靠良心和道德，不可能有效约束债权人和债务人的经济行为，必须依靠法律力量，把一切?
Among the reasons leading to the current chaos in our country’s credit order, the legal system is not perfect, and the ineffectual guarantee of the legal system is the most basic and most important reason, which is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of rectifying and establishing a credit order. A sound legal system is the guarantee for the normal credit relations to be maintained. Only by conscience and morality can it not be possible to effectively restrain the economic behavior of creditors and debtors. We must rely on legal forces to make everything possible.
