教师企业实践是学校加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、实行产教融合校企合作人才培养模式、提高职业教育质量的重要举措。文章在对当前常州轻工职业技术学院教师企业实践现状进行分析的基础上,提出:树立新目标、统筹规划、发挥校企双主体作用、创新考核办法等对策和建议,可为创新学院教师企业实践工作提供参考。
The practice of teachers’ enterprises is an important measure for schools to strengthen the building of a contingent of “double-qualified teachers”, implement the training mode of integrating production with education of university-industry enterprises, and improve the quality of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the current practice of teachers’ enterprises in Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as setting new goals, making overall planning, giving play to the role of both the school and the enterprise, and innovating the assessment methods, Practice to provide reference.
