“教育”按我国《说文》解释为:“教,上所施,下所效也;育,养学使作善也。”这里十分明白地阐述了在教育过程中,教育者与被教育者的关系,也十分清楚地表述了对教育者的要求。从教育实践上看,名师出高徒,劣师误人子弟的事例,实在太多了。因此,提高教育者素养,不仅必要而且是很紧迫的了。限于篇幅,本文仅对教师在教育过程中产生的过激情绪作一个初步的分析。根据长期观察,我认为过激情绪有三大诱发因素:心理因素、角色冲突和环境因素。
“Education” is interpreted according to the “Wen Shu Wen” in our country as: “Education, application, and effectiveness are all the same; education and education make good.” Here is a clear explanation of educators and educated in the education process. The relationship has also clearly expressed the requirements for educators. Judging from the educational practice, there are too many cases in which high-educated and poor-educated teachers and children are misled. Therefore, it is not only necessary but urgent to improve educators’ literacy. Due to space limitations, this article only makes a preliminary analysis of the excessive emotions generated by teachers in the education process. According to long-term observations, I believe that there are three precipitating factors for overactive emotions: psychological factors, role conflicts, and environmental factors.
