中国人想要留住亲情,首先要做的也许是绝情,先把西方制度人人平等的精神实质真正吃透。最近讨论中国式管理的人渐渐多起来,主张这个概念的人,顾名思义,一般都是把中国式管理对照美国式管理、日本式管理,强调中国式管理如何重视人,讲人情,与其他模式的管理相比,如何自有所长,甚至还要略胜一筹之类。这种简单化的比较看起来“整齐好玩”(胡适对梁漱溟的三大文化理论的批评),易于被大众理解,同时也满足了经济上升时期一些国人憋足了劲儿要当老大的浮躁情绪,但仔细分析,却往往站不住脚。
