本文以试验結果为依据,从理论上探讨了电感不同的两整流焊机的稳态短路电流与动特性及飞溅的关系。发现电感小的焊机稳态短路电流对动特性及飞溅影响很大,随稳态短路电流增大,飞溅也增大。电感大的焊机稳态短路电流对动特性及飞溅影响很小,甚至可忽略。同时指出电感小的可控硅焊机可以采用改变稳态短路电流大小的方法来控制焊机动特性及飞溅的大小。
Based on the experimental results, this paper theoretically explores the relationship between the steady-state short-circuit current and the dynamic characteristics and spatter of two different reflow welders with different inductances. It was found that the steady-state short-circuit current of the welder with small inductance had a great influence on the dynamic characteristics and spatter, and the spatter also increased with the steady-state short-circuit current. The large inductance of the welder’s steady-state short-circuit current has little effect on the dynamic characteristics and splashing and can even be neglected. At the same time, pointed out that a small inductance SCR welding machine can be used to change the size of the steady-state short-circuit current control method to weld the motor characteristics and the size of the splash.
