在中小学阶段,我们就要培养学生良好的听说态度和语言习惯,坚持进行口语训练,这对于培养学生的语文能力,提高学生的语文素质,有着重要的意义。那么,在实际教学中,应该怎样进行说话训练呢?首先,要引导学生克服心理障碍,增强学生的自信心,保护学生的表达欲望。在进行说话训练时,教师应面向全体,因材施教,鼓励学生积极发言,使每个学生都有表现的机会,都能体验成功的快乐。具体可采取“四允许”的政策来保护学生自尊心和积极性,即:允许说错,允许补充,允许修正,允许质疑。
In primary and secondary school, we should cultivate students ’good listening and speaking attitude and language habit, and insist on conducting oral training, which is of great significance to cultivating students’ language ability and improving their language quality. So, in actual teaching, how to carry on the speech training? First of all, should guide the student to overcome the psychological barrier, strengthens the student’s self-confidence, protects the student expression desire. When conducting speech training, teachers should be oriented towards the whole, teach students according to their aptitudes, encourage their students to make positive speeches so that each student has the opportunity to show his performance, and all can experience the joy of success. Specifically, we can adopt the policy of “Four Permits” to protect students’ self-esteem and enthusiasm: allowing mistakes, allowing supplements, allowing amendments, and allowing questions.
