一、前言近年来,在高速钢生产过程中广泛应用的等温热处理先进工艺对改善刀具的工艺性能和使用性能起着重要作用。但迄今高速钢等温淬火方面的基础研究却较少,特别是我国近几年才使用的新型通用高速钢W9Mo3Cr4V在这方面的报导甚少。为此,作者研究了通用高速钢W9Mo3Cr4V、W6Mo5Cr4V2(以下简称W9、W6)在中温区等温停留过程中过冷奥氏体的转变、测定,并绘制出奥氏体等温转变图,为编制热处理工艺提供了基础依据。
