在近些年来,我国的经济一直保持在高速发展的状态,在我国众多的产业之中,房地产对于我国经济的影响程度是最大的。随着近些年我国住房制度的不断改革,同时城市化的进程也在进一步的加快,我国的房地产业已经进入了一个鼎盛的时期。房地产业是我国国民经济的主导产业,所以一旦房地产经济有所波动,将会对我国的宏观经济发展产生显著的影响。所以,对房地产价格波动对我国宏观经济产生的影响进行研究是有着非常重要的理论意义和现实意义的,通过对房地产价格波动对我国宏观经济的影响进行研究,可以发现房地产价格与宏观经济之间的关系,有利于我国政府制定相应的政策来对我国的经济进行宏观调控。本文从房地产价格波动对我国社会总消费、经济增长和通货膨胀所产生的影响探讨了房地产价格波动对于我国宏观经济的影响。
