1.前言最近,排气污染与燃料经济性已成为广泛注意的中心课题。火花点火车用汽油机混合气的空燃比是影响排气污染、燃料经济性、发动机性能和汽车驾驶性的最重要因素。所以需要改进汽化器设计,以便能够精确地控制混合气的空燃比。有关这方面的论文虽已陆续发表多篇,但并没有能够给出设计汽化器时实用的或具体的资料。本文的目的是澄清上述论文中分析的一些问题,并导出一些有用的分析方法和实验方法。结论是:在理论指导下分别精确地研究汽化器各元件,特别是喉管的特性具有重要的意义。本文首先导出汽化器特性的计算方法,然后将计算结果与实验得出的数据相比较,来验证计算方法的精确程度。最后详细地讨论喉管的特性。
1. Introduction Recently, exhaust pollution and fuel economy have become central issues of widespread concern. The air-fuel ratio of a spark-ignition gasoline engine mixture is the most important factor that affects exhaust pollution, fuel economy, engine performance and vehicle drivability. Therefore, there is a need to improve the carburetor design in order to be able to precisely control the air-fuel ratio of the mixture. Although many papers have been published in this area, but did not give the design of carburetor practical or specific information. The purpose of this article is to clarify some of the problems analyzed in the above paper and to derive some useful analytical and experimental methods. The conclusion is: Under the guidance of the theory, it is of great significance to separately study the characteristics of carburetor components, especially the throat pipe. This paper first derives the calculation method of carburetor characteristics, and then compares the calculation results with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the calculation method. Finally, the characteristics of the throat are discussed in detail.
