随着九年义务教育的实施和深化,所有小学学生都不经过考试,直接全部进入初中学习,这使得初中学生文化知识水平和认知能力参差不齐,差别非常大(特别是数学学科更为严重),这给初中数学教学造成了非常大的困难。要提高初中学生的文化知识水平,使所有学生学有所得,必须进行分层教学。本文就初中数学分层教学的实践意义和操作策略进行探讨。
