在经济转型发展新的历史时期,行业性高职院校由单一主体办学向“行业企业、学校共同协作办学”的双主体方向迈进。行业性高职院校的课程建设受到了行业内用人单位的高度关注。行业性高职院校在服务领域的针对性与稳定性方面有着的天然优势,本文基于课程取向视角,以课程与就业能力培养之间的关系为切入点,结合行业性高职院校的特色,从课程体系构建、课程标准制订、课程实施以及课程考核评价4个方面描述了在学生就业能力培养中特别注重的一种课程取向,即增强学生职业适应性的课程取向。
In the new historical period of economic transformation and development, the vocational higher vocational colleges should move forward from a single main school to a dual main body of “industrial enterprises and schools working together for cooperation and cooperation”. The construction of courses in vocational colleges is of great concern to employers in the industry. The higher vocational colleges have the natural advantages in the pertinence and stability of the service field. Based on the perspective of the curriculum orientation, this article takes the relationship between the curriculum and the employment ability as the starting point, and combines the characteristics of the vocational colleges , This paper describes a curriculum orientation that focuses on the cultivation of students ’employability from the four aspects of curriculum system construction, curriculum standard formulation, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and evaluation, that is, the curriculum orientation that enhances students’ career adaptability.
