目的:探讨医护合作健康教育模式在医院普外科临床护理中的实施效果。方法:选取浙江省宁波市北仑区人民医院普外科病区收治的290例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各145例。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者接受医护合作健康教育模式。比较两组患者对疾病及手术相关知识的掌握程度、患者术后康复情况及患者对健康教育的满意度。结果:观察组患者对健康教育知识掌握水平,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后康复情况,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对健康教育的满意度,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将医护合作健康教育模式运用到医院普外科健康教育中,有利于提高患者对健康相关知识的知晓率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To discuss the implementation effect of health care cooperative health education model in the hospital general surgery clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 290 patients admitted to General Surgery Ward of Beilun District People’s Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 145 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, while patients in the observation group were given health care cooperative health education model. Comparing the mastery of disease and surgery related knowledge between two groups of patients, postoperative rehabilitation and patient satisfaction with health education. Results: The knowledge level of health education in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). The postoperative rehabilitation of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of health education in observation group Degrees, significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of health care cooperation health education model to general surgery health education in hospitals is beneficial to improve the awareness of health-related knowledge and improve patient satisfaction.
