上海的各种空调建筑中,空调能耗约占建筑总能耗的45%左右,照明能耗约占1/3,其它22%为电梯、电脑、给排水等能耗。而建筑中的空调冷热源设备又是五花八门,为了节约空调能耗,对各种空调冷热源的一次能耗水平进行了比较,采用1kW相当于2450kcal/h换算成一次能源,将各种空调冷热源设备的一次能源效率列于下表,该表可供空调设计的工程技术人员和使用单位的管理技术人员选择空调冷热源设备参考。
