1996年10月15日是我国科技信息事业创建40周年纪念日,国家科委、国防科工委、中国科学院、中国科协和国家自然科学基金委联合在人民大会堂举行纪念大会,回顾中国科技信息事业40年的光辉历程,共商未来和发展大计。国务院总理李鹏、中央军委副主席刘华清、国务院副总理邹家华、国务委员宋健等领导同志分别为此题词。纪念大会由国家科委秘书长林泉同志主持,国家科委副主任惠永正、国防科工委副主任陈达植、国家自然科学基金委主任张存浩等领导同志在会上作了重要讲话。
On October 15, 1996, marking the 40th anniversary of the founding of China’s science and technology information undertaking, the State Science and Technology Commission, the State Commission of Science, Technology, Science and Technology of China, Chinese Academy of Science, China Association for Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China jointly held a commemorative meeting in the Great Hall of the People. Information career 40 years of glorious history, to discuss the future and development plans. Li Peng, Premier of the State Council, Liu Huaqing, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, Zou Jiahua, vice premier of the State Council, Song Jian and other leading comrades of the State Council wrote the inscription respectively. Commemorative meeting was hosted by Comrade Lin Quan, secretary-general of the State Science and Technology Commission. Leaders such as Hui Yongzheng, deputy director of the State Science and Technology Commission, Chen Dazhi, deputy director of the State Commission of Science and Technology, and Zhang Culhao, director of the National Natural Science Foundation of China made an important speech at the meeting.
