标准大部分是量化了的技术法规文件,数据占有极重要的地位。标准的制定、执行和监督都要用数据说话。作为标准化和质量检验方而的工作人员都应具备有关数据的基本知识。本人认为标准中的数据必须做到三性:准确性、合理性和明确性。准确性(度)是数据的核心,表示测定值与真实值的相符程度。它是用误差来表示。怎样能做到数据(测定值)准确,不仅涉及到测定中的技术问题,也牵涉有关的误差理论问题。限于篇幅在此就不谈了,有兴趣的读者可以参考以下有关资料和著作。本文主要是结合几年来
Most of the standard is a quantified technical regulatory documents, the data occupy a very important position. Standard formulation, implementation and supervision must use data to speak. Staff as a standardization and quality assurance officer should have basic knowledge of the data. I think the standard data must be done in three ways: accuracy, rationality and clarity. Accuracy (degrees) is the core of the data, indicating that the measured value matches the true value. It is expressed by error. How to achieve accurate data (measured value), not only involves the technical problems in the measurement, but also related to the error theory.
