我厂热处理车间用XWB-101型仪表作圆图自动平衡记录调节仪,在使用过程中,曾出现“跑温”现象:即仪表指针即将达到或刚超过给定值的区域内就不运行,而炉内温度仍然下降或上升。造成跑温的主要原因是:因仪表长期连续工作,接触滚子沿滑线电阻往返移动,使其表面磨损或沾污,产生接触不良。若出现“跑温”,可采用下述办法消除。首先卸下滑线电阻罩,用细软麂皮或软刷蘸少许酒精(不能用汽油)洗刷滑线电阻和接触滚子。然后用下述方法判断仪表是否接触良好:仪表接上电源,热电偶输入端接上毫伏信号发生器。
