This new type of vapor growth technology uses a single elliptical reflector furnace plus placement of seed growth and radiation heating method. The technique is to focus the halogen light in the furnace to a small spot so that the human eye can see the vapor phase and the solid / vapor interface. Experimental Figure 1 is a schematic view of a furnace equipped with a growth tube (with half shafts of 80 and 90 mm). Burning tube length 65mm, diameter 15mm, and has a fixed to the sample holder with the rod. The tube may contain seeds and rods, and the two are separated by the gas phase region. The rod is used in quartz tube coated with carbon black fused CdTe directional condensation crystal ingot from which the ingot is cut. A large part of this ingot can be used as a seed crystal. The melt is prepared with pressed CdTe, which is obtained by reversing the elements in the quartz tube at 1100K
