本文在分析离散Fourier变换谱估计中因有限信号长度引起的泄漏误差的基础上,提出了在用FFT谱分析器作功率谱估计时,对单频信号分量的幅度和频率作泄漏修正的实用方法。所用窗函数分矩形窗和Hanning窗两种情况。修正后的信号强度和频率估值有相当高的精度。
Based on the analysis of the leakage error caused by the limited signal length in the discrete Fourier transform spectrum estimation, this paper presents a practical method to correct the amplitude and frequency of the single-frequency signal component when using the FFT spectrum analyzer as the power spectrum estimation . The window function is divided into rectangular window and Hanning window two cases. The corrected signal strength and frequency estimates are fairly accurate.
