目的:研究人参Bb组皂苷对急性心肌梗死大鼠自由基代谢的影响。方法:通过大鼠结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)产生急性心肌梗死模型,观察心肌梗死面积,血清CK、LDH活性,血清LPO含量及SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性。结果:人参 Rb组皂苷50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg剂量组对急性心梗死 24h大鼠均可明显缩小其心肌梗死面积,降低血清 CK、 LDH活性,并明显降低血清LPO含量,提高 SOD、CAT及 GSH-Px活性。结论:人参Rb组皂苷对大鼠急性心肌梗死具有明显保护作用,可能与其对抗氧自由基引发的脂质过氧化反应,增强体内抗氧化酶活性,减少自由基对心肌的氧化损伤有关。
Objective: To study the effect of ginsenoside Bb saponin on free radical metabolism in rats with acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: An acute myocardial infarction model was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) in rats. The myocardial infarct size, serum CK, LDH activity, serum LPO content, and SOD, CAT, GSH-Px activity were observed. Results: The ginsenoside Rb group saponins 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg dose group can significantly reduce the myocardial infarct area, reduce the serum CK, LDH activity, and significantly reduce the serum LPO content in 24h rats with acute myocardial infarction. SOD, CAT and GSH-Px activity. Conclusion: The ginsenoside Rb group has obvious protective effect on acute myocardial infarction in rats, which may be related to its anti-oxidation-induced lipid peroxidation reaction, enhance antioxidative enzyme activity in vivo, and reduce free radicals on myocardial oxidative damage.
